Position cart next to the glider fuselage just behind the wing root with the cradle in the vertical position and the wing clamp out of the way.


Place wing in the cradle, secure the wing clamp and lift the wing by the spar.

Wheel the wing and cart away from the fuselage and rotate the wing to the horizontal position.

Position the wing perpendicular to the fuselage and insert the spar. You may need to make lateral and vertical adjustments using the sliding axle and cart jack to properly fit the wing to the fuselage.


Place a wing stand under the wingtip and move the cart to the opposite side of the fuselage.


Repeat the procedure with the other wing. Note: fine adjustments to align the spar pins may easily be made using the jack under the fuselage cart ramp. This allows you to raise or lower the fuselage without changing the height of the wing cart jack.
